Order Status
When you place an order with egycot.com you may track status by
using order id and the email address used when ordering.
Please make sure that you should have received two emails after
placing a paid order.
First from egycot.com confirming order, at top of order details
you will find (Egycot Order ID)
Second from the payment processor you used ( Paypal or
2checkout.com), with transaction or authorization ID
Please use your order email and
Egycot Order ID not paypal or 2checkout authorization code to track
status of order. Notice:
If you have not received any e-mails from us or payment processors,
this means that you have entered your e-mail address wrong when
making order, please contact us, to
correct e-mail If you received an e-mail from payment processor
and not from us, this may be because of your spam filter, please
check your spam or junk mail folder and add our e-mail to your
address book, contact us to re send you order confirmation.
